In Remembrance

Robert Colescott died last Thursday. He was a greatly influential painter as you can tell.

The Auvers-sur-Oise (Crows in the Wheatfield) image above is from the Corcoran's collection, while the Baltimore Museum of Art has Les Demoiselles D' Alabama Vestidas.
